In view of the several emergency shutdown of the passenger elevators that we have experienced these past few weeks, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience the incidents caused you.
As per the report of Jardine Schindler, they observed a minor system fault in the operating system that entailed reconfiguration. We would like to assure everyone that we are continually communicating with SMDC and the contractor of the elevator, Jardine Schindler, to ensure the safe use of the passenger elevator.
