VIOLATION TICKET

Please be informed that starting April 1, 2014, we will be issuing violation tickets to unit owners, tenants and guests who will violate our house rules and regulations.

In line with this, attached is the list of common violations based on our House Rules and Regulations with corresponding approved rates. If in case anyone has committed violation/s, the corresponding rates will be reflected on their monthly billing with supporting documents about the violation/s committed.

This will be implemented to ensure an orderly and peaceful living here at Grass Residences. Also, this will promote equality among all unit owners as others are doing their best to strictly observe the rules and regulations of the Condominium Corporation.

Your usual cooperation is highly required.

THE FOREGOING RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT ITS DISCRETION MAY RECOMMEND OTHER ACTIONS IN ENSURING THAT ALL OTHER HOUSE RULES AS WELL AS THOSE EMBODIED IN THE MASTER DEED AND DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS AND BY-LAWS ARE COMPLIED WITH. CHARGING FOR THE ABOVE PENALTIES AS DUE TO ANY UNIT OWNER SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY BILLING. COST OF DAMAGES DUE TO VIOLATIONS SHALL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY.

Car stickers are available at the property admin office. No sticker, no entry will be enforced once the parking area barriers are operational.
